At MSI, we stand by the quality of our high-performance hardware and offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our official store. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and serial numbers intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your MSI member account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your specific hardware.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in the original manufacturer's box, including all cables, manuals, and promotional items to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
